SHIPPING COUNTRIES, METHODS & PRICES

The countries we ship to are available for consultation on this link.

Depending on the delivery country, several shipping methods and delay are proposed to customer and each as a different shipping price.

Note: we do not send to post office boxes.

 

PREPARATION TIME

All orders are prepared within 24h after the order confirmation date.

Fine Jewelry have specific preparation time, which are indicated during the purchase process.

PDPAOLA cannot be held responsible for external factors which may delay or prevent a delivery, and which are not covered by our logistic partners.

 

ORDER MODIFICATION

Orders are prepared quickly, and so, changes upon customer request cannot be guaranteed.

However, the customer can contact our Customer Service team, who will do its best to accommodate the customer’s request.

 

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

As soon as an order is dispatched, a confirmation email is sent, from which the customer can track their order.  The customer can also track their order on the dedicated “Track My Order” section of the website.

In the event that the customer is not at the shipping address upon delivery, the courier company will contact them in order to reschedule a second delivery attempt.

During peak seasons (like Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Christmas), courier companies may experience a slight delay in delivery. Every status update will be notified to you, and you will have access to all tracking information once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If you notice any transportation issues, please get in touch with us for assistance.

 

CUSTOM TAXES

Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.

PDPAOLA is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.
